By creating an account or using LabuanKisah ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LabuanKisah provides a wedding planning platform including task management, budget tracking, vendor coordination, guest management, digital invitations, and related features ("the Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Content & Data

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant LabuanKisah a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your wedding data, photos, or guest information.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth, file storage providers). We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

LabuanKisah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabuanKisah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required otherwise by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
